Film Scan - 1 roll of 35mm

This service includes digital scanning for already developed 35mm film negatives.

Your film will be scanned, and the digital files will be sent to you through WeTransfer.

This service is for customers who already have developed film negatives and want them scanned digitally.

The price is based on our standard service pricing:

• 25 SAR for scanning

Total: 25 SAR per roll

Scan size options are available depending on the level of detail and file size you need:

• Standard / طبيعي: 1037 × 1565 px
• Medium / متوسط: 2765 × 4170 px
• High / عالية: 4492 × 6774 px

The scan size does not change the look, colors, contrast, or editing style of the photo. It does not make the photo brighter, darker, more colorful, or more “edited.”

What it changes is the digital file size and resolution:

• Higher scan sizes give you a larger image file.
• Higher scan sizes show more fine detail from the negative.
• Higher scan sizes give you more flexibility for cropping.
• Higher scan sizes are better for archiving and future larger prints.
• Standard scans are suitable for everyday use, phone viewing, sharing, and posting online.

The selected scan size affects the digital files you receive through WeTransfer.

Negative handling option:

When placing your order, you can choose whether you would like us to keep and archive your scanned negatives or discard them after scanning.

• Keep negatives: we will safely keep and archive your film negatives for up to 3 months from the scan delivery date.
• Discard negatives: we will dispose of the negatives after scanning.

Negatives are not available for pickup. If you choose to keep your negatives, you can order negative shipping later through our website.

You may combine negatives from multiple previous orders into one negative shipping order, as long as they are still within the 3-month archive period.

Please make sure to choose the correct option before completing your order. If you choose to discard the negatives, they cannot be recovered later. Negatives kept for more than 3 months may be discarded without further notice.
